I was wondering is anyone does Chi Kung here.

If you do, then you obviously know what it is but if you don't then i'll explain.

Chi Kung a series of slow, precise movements to relax the body, relieve tension from the joints and is suppossed to increase energy flow through the body. Chi Kung is done on powerful magnets to focus energy through the body. Developed in China, a monk derived a counter part to Tai Chi, another type of meditation exercise. The biggest difference is the magnets but Chi Kung is supposed to drive pure energy through the whole body. Tai Chi is a suplimental focusing... thing.

Me? No, unfortunately I do not practice Chi Kung.
