You post and stuff to get rupees then you have to buy the glow with them

This should, hopefully, also be a direct link to the glowing username option, though for some reason it's telling me I don't have enough points o_O;

if that doesn't work then click store -> then Glowing Username in the menus at the top of the screen.
Other ways to get money are to steal (not recommended), battle I think) and to gable in the chatroom.
