Well there are many pretty girls...
i would say chii from chobits, she has really pretty long hair, and she always wears very beautiful dresses, she just looks kawaii.
I also think that Kagome is a very pretty girl, i too like her hair and she is so kind and in her own wonderful way very beautiful.
