It is obviously going to be Rei. Shinji is a bit gay as well as having no puebes, Asuka's just annoying, Toji lasted 1 episode and the last pilot was definetly gay
the last two episodes were pointless. It was bascially just Shinji in a room going mental.
Rei followed by Asuka.

Ayanami Rei... because she's unemotional. And she knows her mission and does it well.

My favorite pilot is Asuka. Rei is dull and unemotional. Shinji is emo and a complete whimp.
Asuka is a complex, interesting, and mostly likeable character.

Asuka, she's a real pain, but that would be different if Shinji wasn't such a wuss, so I like her.

I don't really think Kaworu is gay. I don't think Kaworu has a gender in the first place, and I heard that in Japan, people say "I love you" to show that they care about them, not to show that they actually "love" them (as in marriage).
