The first story arc ends with the Naruto and Sasuke fight. It is one of the most intense, suspenceful, and heartbreaking fights I have even seen in an anime. Sasuke won the fight, but only by luck, and he failed to kill Naruto(Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto) and only knocked him unconscious. During this fight, Sasuke unlocks his 3 pupil Sharingan, and unleashes the Cursed Seal form 2, which changes his physical appearance completely. Naruto uses the nar-full power of the Kyuubi, which starts to break apart hs body. The only reason Sasuke one was because Naruto could not kill him because he promised Sakura that he would bring Sasuke back to Konoha(Sasuke was running away from Konoha to join Orochimaru).
Naruto could have won if he had been trying to kill Sasuke, be because he was not trying to, the fight ended in a tie because Naruto did not bring Sasuke back to Konoha, nor did Sasuke kill Naruto.

Well, once you've seen it all, you'll realise that there is no way Sasuke would win. Naruto is getting stronger all the time, by good means, whereas Sasuke just resorts to evil to get power. Therefore it would be impossible for Sasuke to win - what kind of story has evil triumphing over good?

But i think Naruto could beat him up pretty bad. And hey girls it doesnt matter about who has the better hair. Um... Naruto and Sasuke's fight. If you take a first look at it, it would seem that Sasuke won. But if you really think about it it was really a tie and at the end nobody had anymore killing intent. The VERY VERY end...(Sasuke above Naruto.)

Anyway... I'm sleepy and all that laughing really made me tired... I cant think straight so i'll end it here and bad rep NaS... ^_^

Actually if a story was truly realistic there would be no clear-cut evil side. It would be made so you could take sides and think that your side was good and the other evil, while the other side would think the same exact thing. I believe thats more realistic.

Anyway, it's true that evil never really wins in these kind of stories, and if they do they win only in the first fight then after the good guy trains he comes back and wins.

So if you follow that pattern, Naruto(seemed like he) lost. Another fight after the 3 years and Naruto should win.

And it seems that Naruto has a fail-safe thing going on[Kyuubi]. I doubt the Kyuubi will sit by and watch Naruto, AND HIMSELF die.... If Naruto is on the verge of death he'll come out... So beating Naruto is like beating Naruto and the Kyuubi. Remember Sasuke cursed seal lvl 2 only matched Naruto-Kyuubi one tail... Two tails would have overkilled him and any more than that would most likely take the death god summoning to beat him.

I would say both of them might win in a tie, b/c Naruto and Sasuke are both good, and they could outwith each other without knowing who would really win.
