Kakashi vs Itachi
ok im totally serious. who will win? i know in ep 82 itachi won but in the manga chapter (i forgot which one) kakashi has mangekyo sharingan but itachi cant use his cuz hes not using his normal body (u know wat i mean?) but that time kakashi won. suppose he's using his real body who will win?
myself, i cant choose thats why im asking ur opinion...

Itachi uses the whatever dream like sharingan to beat Kakashi and Sasuke the first time...
Kakashi now knows to avoid it, so it's basically this.. can Kakashi avoid looking into Itachi's eyes... This is most important thing he needs in order to beat him...
The only move Kakashi has that would be effective against Itachi is his Chidori... The rest can be copied... So... The battle would end with something like that...
Basically, I was explaining HOW Kakashi would have to beat Itachi... But this doesn't chance the fact that Itachi would have the advantage... Even if you count the recent mangas with Kakashi's new mangekyou sharingan...(It's still imperfect)
see? ur also confused! btw its called tsukuyomi. if itachi is using it with kakashi kakashi will easily deflect it

Even Orochimaru himself is scared of Itachi, and since Kakashi admitted he cannot beat Orochimaru, it would be safe to asume Itachi at full power is stronger then Kakashi at full power.

I think Itachi will win too...
mainly due to the fact that Itachi's sharingan is natural and Kakashi's isn't (got it from a friend). That means Kakashi have trouble using to it's full power.
actually yes. i read in one of the chapters, kakashi got exhausted from his eye but im still not sure...but itachi will also be exhausted.like for example ep 82 his eyes twitched and in ep 85 he was panting for using tsukuyomi AND amaterasu

Not having read the manga much, I can't say anything concrete. But it stands to reason that this may not be necessarily a valid point. Think of a game like Rock Paper Scissors. While a Rock beats Scissors, Paper would have nothing to fear. It could be a similar issue here.Originally Posted by red storm

Umm... I don't know what you mean by deflect. You mean another Mangekyou could deflect his? This hasn't been done so you can't really say this...
And your first post about Kakashi beating Itachi... Wasn't that with the help of Naruto?? And wasn't the Itachi a fake that only had like... 60% of Itachi's full potential??
Itachi clearly has the advantage...
Itachi would win. Mangekyou Sharingan is not his only tequnique. He was considered a genius before he got it. He killed his whole clan (a clan full of sharingan users) in a few hours (a day at most). Kakashi gets tired like that because it's not really his Sharingan. He does not possess that bloodline so it is most likely a lot more difficult for him to use.
Even after using Tsukuyomi & Amaturasa Itachi could still fight. But he used a lot of chakra with the last tequnique to escape Jiraya's trap plus he just finished schooling 3 Jounin and his little brother so he did not want to fight Jiraya (a friggin Sannin) while not being at full strength.
Plus remember that Ochimaru is afraid of Itachi, yet he took on Jiraya and Tsunade while not being able to use any seals and almost won.
Point blank, Itachi is the man!!! Kakashi would go down...quick.

Itachi would win.
1. Remember, Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan is not complete...or it is an alteration of some sort. He is very limited in how long he can use it.
2. Itachi's was a genius ninja from childhood, who has probably mastered many techniques. He is also a member of Akatsuki, and they must have some incredibly high standards, being a group of people who are around the strength or Orochimaru.
3. Because Kakashi is not an Uchiha, he has more difficulty using his Sharingan, but Itachi has had his since childhood, so he is use to using it.
4. (im not entirely sure about this. This is only a theory) Considering Kakashi has only one Sharingan and Itachi has two, would that not give Itachi an advantage in terms of Sharingan ability?
5. Itachi has already proven his has incredible fighting ability after taking on Kakashi, Gai, and Kurenai. The only strong opponents we have seen Kakashi fight so far have been Zabuza(Kakashi won by default), the Akatsuki member whose name escapes me from a few chapters ago(won with the help of Naruto). He has fought a lot of weaker ninja, but only a few strong ninja...at least that we have seen.
6. We already know Itachi is great with weapons because of his extermination of the Uchiha clan, and from the flashback of him practicing with kunai and shuriken. Kakashi specializes in jutsu, being the ninja that has copied over 1000 jutsu.
Itachi seems to have the advantage. Then again, there are a lot of uncontrollable variables, so I suppose it would be possible for Kakashi to win, although unlikley.
