Eh,help needed

Okay, I've got enough rupees to change my name now,and I was gonna change it to "World of Elegance" But when I went to change it,Blam! "User already exist!"
I didn't find this too suprising cause its happened before,when I used that name in the chat.It was unregisterd then, but like twice during that time it came up saying that this user exist and stuff,so I checked the memeber list and there was no such user. Then one day I actually got in the chat with that name,and then I was happy. ^_^
Now today it said the user exist,I checked the member list again,and still no such user. Bleh....I don't understand. x.x; Help me please.

Edit: I changed my name anyway,but i'm still curious why the name "World of Elegance" in in use but I see no such user.
