PIRATES vs. NINJAS

Since the beginning of a really long time there have been pirates and there have been ninjas. No one has agreed on who is coolest. And I doubt we will on this forum.

Ninjas:

• Sneaky bastards
• Masters of the shadows
• Expert assassins

Pirates

• Have awesome ships
• Live by their own rules
• Get drunk all the time.

So let the opinions begin!

I say ninja's just because they are the most mysterious and they can kill in a more well..I cant really explain it. Also most ninja's fight or learn for good not always bad... ..just an opinion though!! =)

no...most Ninjas never fought for good, they fought for there Damiyo with blind loyality. They belive what their Damiyo belives. Just like Samurai.

Lets face it. Ninja are just more skillful, more efficient, and have better weapons. Pirates are more for a brute-strength style of attack; whereas, a ninja would go for a stealthy attack if hidden, or if seen, a speedy attack aimed at a vital.

I would rather live a life like Luffy's, doing what I want for instance him searching for the One Piece than going out killing people.
I agree that ninja's look cooler but their lifestyle just doesn't cut for it, meaning that you have to pass through a rough training and hunting later on, that's all you're going to do for the rest of your life...

Yes, agreed.

People, the ninja of Naruto and the pirates of One Piece are far from what real ninja and pirates were. Although they are good shows, the lifestyles of ninja and pirates used in them is incredibly fictional. So lets not base our opinion of which is better using Naruto or One Piece.

This is general anime forum, if I don't make any connection with the thread and anime then either this is in the wrong forum, if the threadstarter meant real pirates and real ninjas, or you can relate to anime for instance One Piece and Naruto.

pirates or ninja's...ninja's are cool and everything but i like pirates more ^-^ and yes who wouldn't want to live life like luffy or even shanks...i would love to travel on the open sea ^-^ and so i pick pirates ^-^

I think it all started with that....take a look around if you want a laugh. There was one other thing all ninjas have that is contained in that website and I was going to mention it on here.....but I beleve mentioning the male genetalia in that way is not allowed on this site by a rule.

And I think I may have just stretched that rule.

Pirates arn't at sea 24/7/365 you know. They DO have to dock at some point to get extra supplies, pillage a village and rape it's women, and other pirate things. WHich is when the Ninjas either attack, or sneak on to the boat, THEN attack whilst at sea.
