Johnny the Homicidal Maniac

Today during study hall, my friend showed me these comics. She brought about 4 of the comics with her (I don't know how many of them there are all together) and I got to read through them. And surprisingly, I liked them alot.

So, has anyone here read/heard of 'Johnny the Homicidal Maniac'? I know this came out a while ago, and is semi-old, but I searched and I couldn't find a thread about this anywhere. I want to get the entire series if I can. I just need to figure out where I can get them .. ><

And this series is by the same creator of 'Invader Zim', Jhonen Vasquez. But this one is alot .. darker. Alot more blood and violence stuff, I guess you could say. XD But it still has that same random humor to it that I really love.

theres seven in all,and you can get all the comics in one book (hard copy is like $30,soft is $20 (comes with extras))
jhonen vasquez is a god...not really,but hes awsome
he also did a spin off series called "i feel sick" (its about devi in jthm)
then there filler bunny...its so cute,shame its only two comics
jhonen is good friends with roman dirge who created lenore.....if you like johnny,you LOVE lenore (its not as violent as jthm...its just cute and weird)
so yeah....ima stop now =)

I heard of 'I Feel Sick' before. I've never read any of it, though. And I didn't know it was related to JtHM. Well, now I want that, too. XD

I've heard of it before, but I've never read it. I like Invader Zim so maybe I'll check it out.

I don't know when it came out, but that was when me and my friends were reading it. I loved it because it was gory and funny at the same time.

Ok, 5 years ago, I was about 9 years old, so no wonder I never heard about these. Haha.

Aifa, I'll mail them to you when I get to read them all first. =P

Gah! Ok, no offense, but weird people work at Hot Topic. o_o Every time I've gone in there, about 4 out of 5 kids in there are wearing black trenchcoats with chains on them. And no, I'm not kidding about that either. >< .. they all look like Matrix rejects ..

But if that's where they are, I guess that's where I'm going. ^^;;
