my favourite anime theme song is Naruto...the american version of course. i live in canada, so i've never heard the japanese version..all i know is asians can really play guitar lol.

Well, my favourite anime opening theme is the one from Love Hina...

Ah, no! I'm kidding! I can't believe how annoying that song is. If you're talking actual theme songs, then my favourites are:
Anime - the opening from Slayers TRY
Game - "Silent the Universe", the opening from Star Ocean: The Second Story

But if it's just songs in general, then they're:
Anime - "Spilling Salt" from Chobits
Game - "We Form In Crystals", the ending to Star Ocean: The Second Story

My favourite video game theme songs are Eyes on Me from FFVIII and Melodies of Life from FFIX ^^ They are so beautiful and I love both english and Japanese versions.

My favourite anime show theme song? Well, I honestly have too many to count, but here are my very favourites...

Slayers Try Opening *don't know the name =p*
All opening and closing themes from Inuyasha, especially Dearest
The opening to Chobits
The opening and closing themes for Oh! My Goddess *OVA Series*
The closing theme for The Adventures of Mini Goddess

I really do like the Japanese versions more than the english version in most cases ^_~
