hey have you seen the new james bond? new 007 is blond and blue eyes,
English actor Daniel Craig has been named as the next James Bond.

The announcement ends months of speculation over who would take over from Pierce Brosnan on Her Majesty's secret service.

In typically flamboyant 007 style, 37-year-old Craig swept up the River Thames on a power launch to a news conference, escorted by Royal Marines boats.

The first blond Bond, wearing a blue suit and red tie, posed for photos in the shadow of Tower Bridge and told reporters, "I'm kind of speechless at the moment".

The casting of one of cinema's most iconic characters closes the successful four-film run of Irishman Brosnan.

He seemed shaken at not having been retained for Casino Royale, the 21st Bond film that starts shooting in January.

And neither did Pierce Brosnan have any resemblance to Timothy Dalton, who had no resemblance to Roger Moore, who had no resemblance to George Lazenby, who had no resemblance to Sean Connery.....they all had their fans, Daniel Craig might have his. I'm just hoping he doesn't ruin the character.

There was a blond Bond before. Judging from that picture alone though he doesn't seem to have that suave air about him that the previous Bond's did. Maybe it's cause he isn't in a tux XD He looks like some secondary character that gets killed off in the movie......who knows...it could just be a bad pic ^^;;

He's in layer cake and is an AMAZING actor. He'll do great as Bond.

Look back at Dangerous Liasons John Malcovich is not an attractive man but he was a very attractive/sexual Vicomte de Valmonte.
