My sig

Whenever i try to add a litle text below my sig (like a link for my journal) it says "Your signature can not be longer than 500 characters". In the meanwhile i see ppl with huges siggies a much more text than me. What's going on?

You know ... chars doesn't only mean text ... but everything you put in your sig, including the image links and other bbcode stuff

Suggest you to use the basic editor and clean a bit your sig

hm I suppose you have the "enhanced interface" aka the WYSIWIG one. Key, go to your User CP -> Options, on the bottom you have "message editor interface", select the standard one. Then just go to your sig, and delete the useless part.
