Smoking quitters

Alright, none of you know this but I am a heavy smoker, and was wondering if anyone out there has ever quit before. I have tried for a few months now, but can't seem to go too long without having one, and once I have one it gets harder to stop. I was wondering if anyone has shared this trouble before, or can give some friendly advice to me to help me quit.

First of all, avoid bars, or any form of alcohol there is. Alcohol always brngs in some will to smoke. Second, grieve the place smoking has in your life: accept the thought you won't have a cig with your coffee in the morning, or while waiting for the bus. Then, reduce, or promptly stop, as it suits you more.

Eh, I'm 18 so the drinking part won't be too hard to stop, lol, but it does encourage smoking big time. It has dawned on me if I am to ever stop, I can't let any enter my body, for I think its quicker to stop all together. So far I've gone 3 days, so I will update you guys as the days go by. Hopefully this can help encourage some of you, and thanks chan for your advice, I'll try that, and I appreciate the thought man, honestly. If anyone else has got advice for people, or would like to share how they quit, please post for it could benefit a lot of people.
