Out of the options available, I am going with Inuyasha. I love this series because it has everything I like in a series: romance, drama, humour, adventure, etc ^^

Evangelion - Once again, I'm a complete Fanboy.
Hellsing - One of the few dubs I can stand, but the fights got a bit old. Still a *decent* anime.
