Being a Marine would suit me just fine. First ones in, y'know? And not that I underestimate a Spartan's ability, but having a childhood and time for leave every now and then would be a better pace to live during a post-genocidal conflict. :P

I have always been partial the the spartans for a couple of reasons. Their armor is awesome, and they can use the energy swords (or as i like to call them halo light saber knock offs) like the elites.

Being a Spartan would suck, you spend your entire life training for the freaking military. I would just be a Marine, because that only takes a few years of training rather than your entire life.

I would be a Spartan Because they have the nice armor/cyborg suit Plus they can hold any of the weapons on the whole game so that has to be good. Who wouldn't want to be a cyborg in a heavily armored space battle suit?

humans have this uncanny innate emotion of love for there exsistance, so that when they must fight for their life they gain strength.
i wouldnt be human for that reason though cause that just wouldnt matter, i would be human because im most closely realated to that race.

Besides, becoming a cyborg just sounds kinda iffy... I wouldn't mind the training from birth, but all the enhancements are just "optional equipment" to me. I don't need em to do my job!

Ha ha ha! Should I have included the grunt, jackal, drone, and prophet in the poll? They are easy to kill, but it's fun pwning them too! Prophets have the cheap plasma cannon, but they are weak from enemy boarding onto their platform things. Anyway, enjoy the poll everyone and have fun!

You're partially right about the Spartan II's. They are recruited at 6, yes, but then at age 14 they underwent surgery to "enhance" their ablilites, and a little under a third of the recruits died. The enhancement surgery involved integrating cybernetics to enhance muscles, optics, skeletal structure, and nervous system to integrate the soldiers better with the Mjolnir armor and the AI.

A Spartan because they are better then the covenant in EVERY way. Yeah I know about the Spartans life and everything, ive read the books. The Spartans are faster, stronger, smarter, emotionally stable and EVERYTHING, they were built to perfection.
