Best nails? That's one I hadn't thought of. I'd say Momo from Peach Girl.

Wow, this is certainly an interesting topic I've never thought of. I'm not sure who has good nails, seeing as that's not one of the things I look for on an anime/manga girl ;D
A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet, but a name like "Stink Blossom" would make you think twice about smelling it...

thiss weird! but the only nail i noticed was on maron! the girl from kamikaze kaitou jeanne!!
they have nails?! XD anywho... I am not sure I have seen NAILS worthwhile... but claws yes...

I personally like Yuko's from XXXholic. There was also a woman from X who had great nails (I forgot her name). I've always liked CLAMP's work. Bee from Dark Angel also had great nails.
the only one that I can think of is Jura from Vandread
lol i would say that its lust from FMA because not only are they a greenish black color, but theyre also freakin weapons man . lol i think thats pretty cool.

But nails I have noticed is...Yura of the hair's nails, from Inuyasha! XD

Ran, Mayu, Aya and Ran's rivals from Gals all have nice nails. Ai from Princess Ai does too. She has all sorts of nail art, kind of like Ayumi Hamazaki (I'd like to get my nails pierced like hers).
Fanta from the Faeries Landing manga has nails every now and then. At one point she had long nails with 3D butterflies on them.
I dunno about girls, but Michael from the manga "Model" has kewl nails. Long, pointy, black....yup....

I really don't look at girls..especially their nails..but I'll tell ya two dudes who have awesome nails..that kinda look like mine...Karasu from Yu Yu Hakusho and Sesshomaru from Inuyasha-yami
