O.o you did a great job on the girl. The porportions are good, the arms and hands are very well drawn in your own way. And the teddy bear is very well drawn too....wait..i gots nothing else to say to improve on that one? Welp that means its pretty good. XD

I get why that guy in the second pic looks a little small....
You tried to make his shirt long, probably for effect or character style, or whatever.... Then when you drew his pants, you drew the details (zipper, pockets, etc) too low down.... Thus making him look a little small....
