My favorite Villain Has got to be Vicious From Cowboy Bebop..... He is So calm And Laid Back.... but Can Spring into action with no Thought Whatsoever

Vicious from Cowboy Bebop,just the fact that he's so quite and laid back and carries a long katanna,instead of a gun in that day and age.Plus his whole style is just to cool,way to cool.
