ever had someone that was close to you thats moved, or even dies, i don't mean to sound like a preacher, but recently, my best frined moved, and i've felt like crying alot, i just want some support from people like me......

I've been through quite a few deaths, personally. Queenie is right; moving on is the best thing to do. Crying is a good thing though; it's a way for all of your sadness to escape. Don't hold it in; cry as much as you need to. Tears wash away alot of pain, surprisingly.

Crying may not bring them back, but if you have tears, don't choke on them, It's healthy to have a good cry every once in awhile.

Well, I've lost people before and, I agree with Naokomi. People need to be in touch with their feelings more often. Alot of people keep things bottled inside, but its not healthy (eventhough I'm one of those people). So if you ever wanna talk, I'm here for you sister ^^ heh.

I know how you feel, I had that same feelings alot of times already. But what you do is remember that person in your heart and just remember all the good times you had together. No matter what, if they move. You will always remember them or hear their voice from the phone at least.
