Dumbest anime character
Who do you think is the dumbest anime character?
I think Naruto is probably the dumbest anime character, for my opinion. Because he always acted stupid, and he makes no sense in what he's doing.
Ryouga Hibiki (even though he is cute) or Kuno Tatewaki, both from Ranma ½. Kuno is just so stupid, he will never know who the pig-tailed girl is cuz he is tooooo stupid!
Goku is a idiot.

OMG, Richard Moore from "Case Closed." How on earth did he become a detective. Does he actually believe that he's solving those cases. Anywayz, Jimmy (Conan) is gonna be partly responsible for an innocent person ending up in prison. What's gonna happen when he returns to normal, and Richard is left solving cases? Jimmy's expert detective skills have boosted Richarad's reputation, so he's gonna have some rich clients and some serious cases. Someone is gonna get hurt, big time!
