For the sake of answering the question, it would have to be Sephiroth, no doubt. But I feel bad for Ganondorf being pitted against such a strong opponent. I mean, even if Ganondorf had the Tri-Force, you have Sephiroth, and he like has all these mastered materia, one long sword [Masamune, no less], and then of course, Meteor. Talk about a mis-match, but hey, question asked, question answered.

The reason I put the two together was because in another thread the question was who is the best game villain and it was between Sephiroth and Ganondorf so I kinda started this thread just to see...
