Go to shop on the bar and go to actions.When it appears,there's this thing called, change custom title.Click and choose your title.It took me awhile too to find it.And I changed it to Sweet Lavender Angel.(don't take it though)Hope you get a good name!!

A much easier way is if you go to donate, then you will see a list and just click to change your custom title. And then you have to pay for some rupees and then you could add whatever you want on it.
But still, it's the same thing as what AnimeLegends says. Just different ideas.
