I prefer Hellsing. =) Not only is it my most favorite supernatural anime, but it is my most favorite anime/manga of all time. It's just that good!

My favorite supernatural anime is Slayers!
It's has some funny parts, and tons o' action and adventure! And sorcery, which I really like.

By far my favorite is Elfen Lied. But a close second is Hellsing.

My fave animes are definantly Hellsing, Full Metal Alchamist and Vampire Hunter D!!! But out of them HELLSING, sure!!!

i have to say with no regrets that full metal alchemist is the best
Mine are Azumanga Daioh, and Neon Genesis Evangelion. The rest of the animes, I do not know that much, but I am getting to know them. XD

I think that the best is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. What's not to love about demon possessed, killer little girls? Either that, or Jigoku Shoujo.

Currently, my favorite supernatural series is definitely Darker Than Black. Just somehow grabbed me from episode 1 and keeps me coming back. All-time, I think Yu-Yu Hakusho is probably my favorite, but Bleach is moving up.
My favorites would have to be Yu Yu Hakusho, Desendants of Darkness, and Tenchi Universe
