What do you do when you're depressed?

I'll admit that I used to be a depressed person. But that was really brought on because of a Chemical Imbalanced I had cuz my doctor mis-diagnosed me. I'm over that now, so thats good!

I'm usually optimistic so i'm back to normal in a day or to. When i am depressed i listen to music, chat to people on msn, I also find something todo since boredom and depression are connected in some way. Play finalfantasy X or thinking about wolfy puts me in a good mood. ^^

Whenever I'm depressed I don't really talk about it. I just walk away from people. Because nobody would really feel how I feel, by being depressed. Sometimes they even make me angrier whenever I'm depressed. That's why I don't like anyone around me whenever I feel depressed, sad, or angry.

This happens quite a bit, I'm not very emotionally stable.
Well, I either
A) Break down completely.
B) Bottle it up. (This is the worst possible thing to do)
C) Listen to music whilst crying.
Thats about it. Mostly I bottle it up and bottle it up until I finally just break down, but that only happens when no ones around.
