Kakashi
I thought I make a Kakashi wp in the same theme as tha Naruto wall I made (http://www.animeforum.com/showthread.php?t=25349).
It's a different hue and different background, but the design is still the same.

oo very nice, I luv the background. They both are very nice. 9.7 stars out of 10.

The execution is good.
If that was extracted, I barely can tell (It actually does look more like you had drawn it in or had the PSD/PNG of the original art).. there's an almost non-existent amount of jaggedness.

It's from www.paintpixel.com. He/she takes naruto manga images and colour them, or so I believe
