i cant send private messages to others users.... what the hell is a read receipt? every time that i tryed to send a message it says " request a read receipt for this message". what i'm doing wrong?

A read receipt is a small note that tells you wether or not the person has read your PM. Clicking okay gives you a receipt, clicking cancel doesn't but no matter which one you click you will still send the message.
