I would say Dante becasue he is much cooler and he has incredible power.

Vash would win because Dante would let down his guard and eventually quit, leaving Vash to win by default.

Dante would be victorious. Vash has little that Dante does not. The Angel Arms is a huge advantage, but it takes too long to charge, Dante would have diced Vash by the time he fired it.
