2)Dragon Ball + Sailormoon (because both are aired right after another @ Saturday morning) ahaha~ but I like the movies more than the series.

I'll always have a soft spot for Thundercats because I always watched it with my brother when I was younger. Before I got into high school, my brother and I hardley shared anything together, so it made me feel toasty on the inside.
We were Thunderbutts.
However, Sailor Moon gave me a better taste for what anime is now and it's what pulled me into the world of Japanese animation. On the other hand, I've always enjoyed the Sailor Moon manga just as much as (if not more than) the anime and the one manga that sucked me into the world of 'backwards-comics' was Dragon Ball Z. I still have a handfull of my comic books from my overly-obsessive years, but not enough to have made a collection, sadly.

Remember watching it like 6 years ago on Cheese TV Australia :P
Sadly, yes.. Yes it was. I didn't really like it that much. It was pretty much boring as I watched it, but I was pretty glad I got to watch Pokémon, and Digimon. =\
I didn't know it was anime... Anime was introduced to me through Cardcaptor Sakura...

No, mine was Gundam then I first heard of Sailor Moon. And as a side note, the various Gundam series are still my favorites even today.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof was to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
Yep, Sailor Moon was my very first anime. I was about --- 4 or 5 when I started watching it. Most people say small children shouldn't watch anime, but I watched it every mornign with my mom. I was in kindergarden at the time and I told an older girl I liked Sailor Moon. That chick was a ***** and called me and my mom babies. (Loser!) Made me cry. Anyways, rambling. My very first animes were Sailor Moon and Inuyasha. My very favorites.
EDIT:// Pokemon was my second. Not Inuyasha. -dizzy-

I lovingly adopted Sora Cloud Vincent
And these guys.
Sailor Moon was my first anime along with Pokemon. I watched them both when I was little without realizing they were anime.
♥Thanks Mira Kaiba for the super fantabulous set.♥♥Akito/Agito/Lind obsessed fangirl♥
Yeah It was Then months later I just stoped watching it.
~ Beautiful set by Sinny ~[Neki's Facebook]I'm back <3
Sailormoon was not the first anime I watched, but it was among those that I distinctly remember to be different from all the others I watched at that time. It was different from Yaiba because it was Tagalized (dubbed in tagalog), thus I understood the dialogue more. The whole series kept airing locally for five years, but I got tired of it after the first season. Sailormoon remains, however, as one of those nostalgic anime that I will watch if given the chance.
Well.... yes, and no.
My first anime was Speed Racer --although at the time, no one really realized that it was anime. (Cartoons in general was taking off at that time.)
But years later, I was RPing with a Sailor Moon fan... and he got me curious. And even today, my curiosity continues....
Technically no. I think I saw Voltron and Heeman when I was a weething.
Sailor Moon was the first anime that I really got in to though.

Yes... Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon was my first, however, it was in Japanese, then and now. And i still love it, oh so much. My roommate's convinced Sailor Moon's the reason i'm a lesbian...
Gotta say that Sailor Moon Stars is the best season, followed by Originals, Super, Romance.... and perhaps SuperS.

Sailor Moon was my first Anime I loved it! I still do now. I also remember watching "Samurai Pizza Cats"...it took me a while to realise it was an Anime cartoon...but it was also good.
Yes and no. SM was my first anime when I knew what anime was and my first obsession. My FIRST anime was probably either the Little Bits or the Noozles. Or Back to the Forest. Or The Last Unicorn. And then Unico. My childhood anime memories are all mish-mashed together so I don't know which came first. xD
I can tell you for sure than my first anime PRODUCT was a Hello Kitty walker.
(YES, people, Hello Kitty IS anime) I guess my parents converted me early. xD
ZOMG so glad you mentioned Nemo! That movie ROCKED. But I was afraid of the Nightmare King. I ran out of the room whenever he came on screen. xDOriginally Posted by Capernicus
I think it was my first anime... It may have been Card Captor Sakura.
no... It was Sailor Moon. =)
I've relocated to a different forum site... <_<; anime forum just isn't working for me, so....I'm pretty much gone from here.... srry ppl...

I think it was, but I hate it now
Actually, for me it was Pokemon and Digimon. I never even heard of Sailor Moon until one of my friends introduced it to me in 5th grade. But even then I never got around to watch it.
Well no, but I guess it was the first one I saw but at that time I didn't know it was an anime.
why is this anime so special?...
