haha you know me!! well i can tell you this site is pretty strict, i tried to explain to you about wut this site is about but you can look at other threads(topics) in each forums then you might get it, no spamming means (chatting)something like...Hi wassup...you know >< and stay on topic all the time. When pplz see your post is good or they like you very much, they will send you a reputation(means how good you are) kinda like that ><;

There are Admins, Mods, Mods are mostly in charge of the forums like we are in now, if they see pplz spamming, breaking the rules, they'll hunt for them. If you wanna post new threads, watchout ok? there are many types of forums, dun post something about animes in video game section and such xD
