I saw it, sad. I almost cried during the funeral when the daughter was asking her mom why they were burying her father.

I did see it, and it was a very sad episode...I knew he died becuase I accidently watched an AMV with some big spoilers in it. But I didnt expect it to happen this soon, and I also got choaked up when the daughter started to ask why they were burrying him in the ground. It's never a happy event when a child looses their father.

(Ironic though, Ghost in the Shell had lots of Main characters dieing too...the Tachikoma's are gone and I am sad...sorry kinda off topic. Just pointing out the depressing evening it was)

Yeah I never saw Ghost in the shell but that episode was sad too. It was like little kids dying one by one.

I KNOW!!! *tear tear* That night was awful... I cried my eyes out. First Hughes died, then the tachikomas were destroyed, then Motoko's head got blown off (that REALLY upset me), and then I was watching the very last episode of Gundam SEED and Flay died... oh my god...

*cries*

Sorry, I just have this thing for Flay. *sniff* Anyways, in the episode of R.O.D. I watched that night, Maggie's eardrums were blown out, and before that on Zatch Bell (not that night's episode, but the week before) Kolulu's book was destroyed... augh! *has an emotional breakdown*

I dont know, something tells me that Hughes will be comming back. They are looking for the stone to bring back their mom, and thier bodies. So I think that he may return.
Tachikoma's I will miss them they where so innocent. But the thing that got my attention was them thinking it was an honor to die. Poor little guys they where so cute too.

Hughes, and the Tachikoma's...both of wich were some of the best characters on the shows they were in. I really do hope that Hughes come's back, he has to (I have a feeling they may start the series over again this saturday...just a hunch)

But alas that Tachikoma's wont be comming back, poor things. I was shocked about seeing Motoko die...but I have a feeling...a hunch that she is just fine. But thats just me, guess we will have to wait till saturday (Its the last Episode in Ghost in the Shell: SAC's first season)

i think that Motoko did not die. i think it was a remote controlled robot, you know how Motoko sent one out after the tachikomas died.

I saw just had to rewatch it onTIVR I thought it was just a memory the first time the wierdest part of all before he saw the ghost was that they we're talking about him always coming to see them so i have a feeling we are gonna see the ghost once in awhile

I was so sad when i saw that hes always so happy. Then when his daughte said all that stuff i almost balled. Im a guy and i never cry but iwas close to thre. I have never cried before in my life ceot when i was a baby. This sucks. WAAHH!!!!!!!!!!
