It's like this, you fill out all of the information they ask for and they send the person ( Check the link, it has a ref. number on it.) who get's enough people to fill it out a PSP or DS of their choice.
Some of them are legit, some just get ahold of your information and run the whole I.D theft.
For the people who go through with it they have to sign up for numerous offers (Blockbusters, Etc) that require a NON-cancellable payment. That's the new catch for those who sign up and cancel to avoid getting other things (Visa Card, Blockbuster Video Membership, Netflicks.. Blahj) aside from the "Free" item they want.
Who knows... Mild1 did'nt add the most commonly seen phrase following those links " It really works!"
