As a Christian, I believe in Heaven and Hell. If you accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior, then you go to Heaven for the rest of forever. But, if you don't, you are to go to Hell for forever.
As I've said before, I know the worst part about Hell is eternal seperation from God, but the everlasting flames and lake of fire thing isn't too appealing either.

Im a christian but..... im no angel, im also not evil!, im in between....so it would be nice if i could get into a place between heaven and hell: purgatory ....i never understood the 2 extremes of life after death, oh well. ><
I'm a Christian aswell... but I don't completely agree with the message it gives... actually, i disagree with most of what I'm taught in the "Christain Community". I don't believe in a Heaven, and I don't believe in a Hell. To me, both Heaven and Hell are just a state of being... allow me to explain.
Heaven: If you're having a great time, and everything in your life is going according to the way you want it to, and you are constantly happy, and your constantly being loved, then you are in "Heaven".
Hell: If you are... pretty much depressed, and nothing is working out, relationships are failing, or your heart is broken, you're being walked all over, and nothing is going the way you want it to, then by my standards, you are living in "Hell".
These places, (Heaven and Hell) are on earth. They are all around us, but only our choices can allow us to enter, and only our choices can allow us to exit. We may "visit" for a day... or for a week, a moth, a year, or even our whole lives, but it's not a place we go to after we die.
...Getting back on track here... life after death... that's something thats hard to explain... personally, I think it's a bunch of bull***t. after we die, I think that we go to another world... with a new life... and have a new experience... but there is no "life after death" it's just an entirely new existance. That's what I think.

I believe there is nothing.. as there was nothing before you came to be. No matter what my mom and grandma say.. that thought is always on my mind.
I believe in some type of life after death. Having no specific religion really doesn't sway my judgement.. but Heaven and Hell I think are combined together when you die. There's no black and white.. you are taken to the grey area. And watching/reading/experiencing these ghost type things leads me to believe that if something was unfinished in your previous life.. you come back and fufill your purpose.
Heh, just a thought...

I heard in religon class that most people who are on the edge of life and death from medical conditions all see the same thing in their sleep: A big bright light approaching them, or them approaching the light.
It must have some truth if many people say the same thing.
