the hand looks a little messed up...the one finger is too long and the other fingers don't look turned in the right direction. however, the coloring is good and i like the hair and face very good job on that part.

Nice work there, it looked like a sceenshot from an anime when i first saw it, without the background of course. ^^
I think it would look better with more deeper levels of shading, for example the gloves have a 'dark red', a 'red', but nothing else lighter than the red....so it looks a bit flat shaded as a result.
