You have the anime concept happening, thats good to see. Just try to keep drawing more, always make them more better than your last drawing or try something new (eg. full body, pose, etc.), and the next thing you know, you will be getting a lot better than you know. These things take time and practice. ^^

Ya' know, the way I learned to draw anime is that I copied other people's art.(Only Professional artists.) But know I draw my own anime characters. And my friends say I'm really good at it... Well, your art ain't that good. You should practice more.
