Miyu - The Eyes, the Eyes, Oh Heavens the Eyes

Hrm. Well. I was bored earlier and was semi-inspired by that gorgeous image of Miyu there. Such lovely eyes...

Now I know it needs work in a number of places, but before I get too caught up in details, does anyone have any suggestions of where else to go with it? I feel like it's missing something (Not just nit-picky things or text and the like.. Though SHOULD I add text? I rather prefer it without.), and it's driving me crazy thinking about what that something could be.

As always, I'd love to hear suggestions, but please refrain from telling me I need extracting or cleaning up, because I already know that ;p Thanks dears.

Edit: Oh yes, and the size is rather small because it's the resolution I'm using on this computer. That was the copy I made from the original file to test it on the desktop ;ppp

It's a really nice wallpaper, but something about it seems a bit... bland. I dunno... maybe adding a glow to the moon or something might help? *shrug* Dunno...

I have one, actually...it's just very faint. Perhaps try making it brighter...

i dunno if this is nitpicky or not, but reverse the image, since, alot of people have icons on their desktop and usually they are on the left side.

um... but otherwise, like it was said, seems empty, and bland, but dunno what you could do with it.

I would if it were intended for public use, but it's not ^^ I use a Mac, with icons on the right. Probably should have mentioned that.

Other than what I already said, why not add-- some fireflies buzzing around in the BG? Oooor maybe a blood droplet or two on home stiffs neck? (is she even a vampire? If not, you could imply that) *shrug*

Fireflies would be a great touch to it. Make the night sky look darker and the stars stand out more. The moon can be a bit brighter as well. Just make is some how look.......mysterious.

The clouds doesn't look natural with the rest of the bg but if you're satisfy with it then it's a pretty good wallpaper.
