Timesplitters: Future Perfect

I cannot wait for this game. I loved TS2 and spent ages completing it, and I just played the demo for TS:FP today. And wow. Everything has got so much better, it was obvious how much greater it was, even in the fairly short demo. Just wondering if anyone else is looking forward to it.

Yeah, i'm waiting for the game, i haven't seen a demo for it yet though, whats in the demo?

The first area of the starting level. Cortez gets shot down by 'Splitters on his way back to Headquarters, and it seems like the whole first level is this huge firefight between humans and the invading 'Splitter armies. Except for the fact that the first bad guys aren't 'Splitters, showing that TS:FP, unlike the other games, may have a pretty good storyline.

Weaponry has been improved, the Plasma Autorifle especially, which now fires a big orange laser. There is also melee attacks, grenades and the option of a secondary fire mode (Sci-fi Handgun can be chosen to use the ricocheting lasers or normal lasers).

What else... graphics improvements, new character designs, and larger levels. And the typical TS humour is still present, the best example of which I've found is a soldier telling you to "Shoot anything with teeth bigger than it's face!"

I can't wait to try out those 'melee attacks' on swarms of undead monsters

thanks for the info, i want the game more now than i did before.
