Hmm, Its not really that simple to make a clan. I think as a new member, you would be better off trying to join one instead. Anyway, you should post this thread in the "Site Issues/Questions" Section.

Clan info is posted in Misc. if you wish to start your own clan you need to PM Princess Minako. If you wish to join a clan, then just visit the thread and apply to one that is already listed. Though I know 2 listed there are quite picky about who they accept.
