On the contrary. The show has ended, false rumors. Funimation has already covered that, they too said that AF is fake, and even so Toei/Funimation/Bandai can be sued if they even tried to make it (they need permission) since they are just liscensed to air/dub the voices. They cannot change the story in anyway. Why do you think Japan haven't shown the Jinpuu Arc for Rurouni Kenshin? It hasn't been animated. Same for Dragonball AF. Those would be shows that HAVE to be shown in Japan (or where ever it's made) 1st. Otherwise they're stealing someone else work, and can be sued for it. They are showing GT all over again starting with the lost episodes.

Anyways, I've grown out of dragonballz. They really should've called it Goku's Legacy or something along those lines. The show was decent, but everyone kept depending on Goku to do this, Goku to do that. And I grew tired of it. Especially in the movies. It does get a farewell from me seeing that I use to be a fan.

I liked the first series-ish-thing with Frieza in it. I watched it every day when I came home from school. Goku was still, like, ALIVE!!! No, REALLY ALIVE!!! Those were the true and pure days of DBZ......

I just wish they wouldn't yell so much though, I don't see how that does anything. I remember one episode where all they did was yell and stare at one another. And right before I knew it, "......Next time on Dragon Ball Z!!"

I remember thinking...." I can't belive I just watched 30 minutes of this......"

yea it is fake Af I mean I heard it stood for after future but either way there is a chance but well gt was short so I think they will have some new episodes.................of some sort

The Dragon Ball Universe will have a place in my heart. It is one of those landmark anime that helped bring it all over from Japan. I loved all of the original Dragon Ball. It began to get repetitvite as DBZ ran on, and GT focused too much on Goku and Pan (pratically ignoring the rest of the cast that also made DB and DBZ good). I liked the ending of GT up to Goku's "departure," and could have done without the look into the future.

In Japan, it is over. AF was a fan fic that some people wanted animated, but it is unlikely.

It is not over for FUNimation and Cartoon Network though! FUNi is currently working on releasing all the movies on DVD. They are also re-dubbing the first 60-odd episodes (those episodes, from the start of Z to the Ginyu Force on Namek, were originally dubbed by a different company and edited even more severly than FUNi's work). Cartoon Netwrok will now show the 20 "lost" episodes (or the ones FUNimation left off to get to Baby's story). They will then show the re-dubbed Z episodes (and probably the rest as well).

Long story short, it is not going away for a very long time.

well, sorry to say, the Dragon Ball series (all of it including Z and GT) had been finished airing in M'sia (pheww, 'bout like 10 years) and the anime sometime good to watched and most of the time i don't have the interest to watched (basically i don't like DB)... been replaced by MS Gundam SEED... that's will keep those M'sian youngsters (and myself) waking up early Saturady and Sunday morning to watch it.... whoa!

god hopefully it's over. when i was about 10 DBZ was about to come out now look about 7 yeas later it's still on! that seires needs to die in like a boom not a fideout.

Yes, I would do that too. It's about time Goku remains dead, I mean I like the guy and all, but after your revived about 50,000 times, it starts to wear ya out. Poor Goku......... ^_^

well, not only should goku stay dead, but be totally anihilated, that way the bad guy that does it will get jumped by all of goku's P.O. homies. *snickers* then, gohan could assume power, and everybody would live in peace. but NE ways, i wonder when it will all end, the writers run out of bad guys and ways to bring them back, the saiyians live on earth in peace, and they all live happily ever after and blah blah blah.

^ I know! Not only do they bring Goku back a thousand times, but then they take the villans and make 20 versions of them to fight the same battle. It's a lame cycle that keeps going, and going, and going.........

Think of anime meets the Energizer Bunny. That is the circle of DBZ.

Dragon Ball Z was one of the series that really got me into anime. While it's true that the entire series could be done in 6 episodes if they didn't constantly recapping everything that happened every episode, it was still fun to watch.
