hmn...well, the hands seem a little small to me..of course i give the people in my drawings really long hands. also, the arm is straight down..making it look a little stiff. just a few things to work on.

but i like the clothing, the folds are done real well for the most part as well as the hair.

I think you did pretty well with the drawing. I for one just started drawing anime art and getting off to a slow start. Anyways, nice drawing!
