how seriously do you take forums?

Ok it goes like this just say how many hours a day you spend on them and how important they are to you. I spend about an hour on forums when i go online and i post with any kind of regularity on 3. There really not to important just a fun way to kill time and talk to people. If i couldent go online i wouldent get to upset.

I take other forums more seriously, but I do take my job at AW.com seriously enough to check the forums reguarly. I may not post a lot, but I do look around to make sure people are not out of line.

Moding can be a tough job since there is always so much to look through. Even though i'm no mod here(i'd LIKE to be), I do try to help out because I know your job isn't as easy as mine is in chat.

If i'm on here for 5 hours, its due to a conversation i'm currently taking part in or what not. Sometimes i'm only on for half an hour, but seeing as how my habit of sleeping wakes me up no later than 6am(Usually 4am), there really isn't much else to do. Do I take boards seriously? It isn't my life, but it is nice to spend time somewhere.

I come online pretty regularly, but I rarely post because I only look for interesting topics, not a high post count.

Mostly I'm online for hours, but I do other stuff on the web as well and come check once in a while for updates.

Well, I get online about 2 hours per week day and stay late, late, late into the night on weekends. I kind of take forums seriuosly cuz I like to talk to different ppl and juts to kill time, too. It won't upset me (that much..<_<) if I didn't get online right away.

I'm on and off throughout the day. I take certain aspects of the forums seriously, but not everything.
While online, I'm doing many things at the same time.
In the evenings..i'm online usually only to chat...and sometimes the conversations go on much longer than even I realize.

i try not too take them too seriously but i admit, i'm always a little concerned about how people view me. guess it comes from low self esteem or something. XP

Simply put, posting here and at a few other forums has become an integral part of my life. I hate to go more than a day without visiting, and I spend as much time here as possible. If I could afford the time, I would be on here 24/7, 365. I'd even go without sleep, food, water and most other necessities to spend more time on here.

I just post here and on others for fun, relieves boredom and to talk to ppl. I don't spend to much time on the forums, but i can also be listening to music, and surfing the web, at the same time as well. i spend half and hour to 1hr on the net.But if it's on the weekends abit more.>_>

simply forums are a time waster. I usually go on them right after work. Or when there is obsolutely nothing and I do mean NOTHING to do at home. I'd say that it's a good time waster, but I don't take them seriously...although I actually care what people have to say after I replied...which is kind of sad really, but about 80% of the time I'm dissapointed. BTW this is the only forum I go to...I don't know how other people can have multiple forums they visit...ughhh...too much work I think.

This forum's probably the one I take least seriously, to be blunt. I browse it when I'm bored and I'm still fairly new and not well known. I admin another forum, which of course I take very seriously and have been a staff member of that board for over 2 years now. But that doesn't meant I don't have a laugh and a joke at that board.

Durring the weekend I'm usually 24 hours on the net, and I check the forums from time to time (sometimes I'm on the forums up to 10-12 hours per day O.o).
Durring the week I don't have a fixed net access, I check the forums whenever I have some time on my university -_- (lets say, half to 1 hour per day, somdays even more).

Well when i'm not in school or very busey around the house, I may come on for a couple of hours.The forums are importaint to me because I get to be at my creative best, the RPGs. I am striving one day to become a writer, or something just as creative. Also I look for topics that perk my interests, I cannot seem to post randomly. lol

well i dont stay on the computer that long and i like this forum alot it has alot interesting people. Plus there cant be anything better than watching anime and reading mangas, besides talking to people as crazy about them as you are.

Anyway... I'm on here a lot. Usually because I'm on my computer a lot, and when I am, I have a few windows open to various online places while I multitask with other things. This tends to be one of the various online places. Plus I have to do my modding duties, even if Romance is relatively tame when it comes to things that need modding.

As to how seriously I take forums... Well, I think they're fun and all, and a good way to meet some interesting people, but... It's not something you need to place a great bit of your heart and soul or whatever in. I won't like die or anything if the forums all disappeared tomorrow.
