Anyone here seen Beck? It's a manga/anime about a rock group.
The manga is at mangascreener.com and the anime is at animesuki.com.
It's refreshing to see/read something a little more original.

I heard about it, i read manga(21 toms) and watch anime(17 episodes) and i think it's a great anime/manga. When i started to read it i started to play guitar. I have a friend that we call Chiba becouse he is like Chiba from Beck

not a very popular anime, really. this thread is old, but still not dead. as for me, i like this series. i like the songs and the storyline. i didn't watch music based anime before, and this one quite interesting. but don't really like the art though, but still good.

I thought Beck was one of the best Anime series that I've ever seen, just because it captured a lot of emotion. There was just this feeling that the series gave that inspired me to pick up a guitar and play haha. There were some depressing moments too. It had a solid story though and the music for the most part was good. Maho is hot =)

I haven't read the Manga yet, but I looked through it and discovered that the art style is different to what I'm used to.
