You know the drill, who else played it and what do you think of it?

Me? I think it's cool, nice plottwists I'm already at 45 hours gameplay.

Highly overrated. Above average, nothing special.
Inferior to Star Ocean 2.
Good plot twist around 4D Space.

65 hours here, and it's pretty cool, but i screwed up in a lot of places like: using the same characters throughout the whole game

Yeah, that's a habit of mine too. When you get low level characters, I don't want to level em up, I stick to the party I have. Why else? Because I know what too look out for and I know how my characters handle.

I enjoyed the game, and only clocked in 18 hours so far(freakin Halo 2 and GTA:SA is eating up my gametime).

I like what the battle system, and the private actions. Can't wait to get more characters, and earn more battle trophies.

I agree that I enjoyed Star Ocean 2 MUCH more than this one. I think I like the sprite characters more than the 3D models, but that's just a personal preference.

hm its ok. There is some very poorly voice action going on - not the voice acting ifself but the "supposedly" background music is making it hard to hear the voices.

Also I ... kinda ... dont like the fighting system - its ok, but I'm not a huge fan or real time battle.

But its interesting and I'm hoping it gets better.

this is an awesome game guyz i beat da galaxy mode n im almost done w/ universe mode but itz a pain! lol n/e wayz i only use fayt,albel, and cliff for da most part..they kick alot of @$$ when u put da right combos together n their pretty much maxed out on stats! so yea albels my fave character n in universe mode ive beaten da main story but still got to go thru the hiden bosses again but no biggy i really enjoy this game!

I wonder, wenever one of my characters MP falls to 0, they drop down as if they had 0 HP while they still have 15245 or something. It's very annoying, because MP killing moves do more damage (in comparison) then HP moves, especialy when they are used against low-MP characters such as Fayt or Cliff. Do any of you have those problems? Or is it just a bug?

The MP deaths are fully intentional, in order to add another level of strategy to
the game. You can also, in turn, kill monsters with MP death, which can turn
some really awful boss battles into no big deal, when they have something like
20,000 HP but only 1,000 MP.

Well i just got this game the other day and i have to say, its awesome. I love the graphics (square enix

) the charachter develpment is nice, and the storyline i just now am getting into so cant say a thing about it. THe battle system is fun, but easy easy to die in. So far i am giving 4 out of 5 wish me luck with the rest of the game

is there a lot of bugs in it and is it menu driven? what is it that makes this game so long? What is it that makes this game fun? are the graphics good and does the game play well?

Well i just got to the second disk and the fun factor hasnt gone down this game really makes you want to play it more and more

Yeah i got this game a few months ago and i already beat it, i thought it was a really good game!!

It has awesome battles and the graphics were also really good i was impressed!

p.s. the one thing i thought that would have made that game better is if i could summon!

Yeah i agreee with Lionheart master this game rocks and yeah of course it would be better if u could summon. Oh yeah it is also super hard to get all of ur charcters to level 255!! Heh heh im going to try to get them to that level!!!

It is a good game just to me there is sumthin more that could be added you know but to me star ocean 2 was better ashton and the girl with the robot was sweet lol but aldio srry if i spelled his name wrong is sweet 2 using claws and a katana as his weapons thats sweet but in turn it could be better just as any game!
