If women ruled the world, I image it to be more compassionate. Women are, in general, more compassionate then men. Mostly, it's based on the way girls are brought up (to be caring) compared to boys (to stand up for themselves, be aggressive). I also imagine that there would be more negotiating and no all-or-none situations.

And according to recent statistics, more women would think of themselves as better rulers of the worlds in comparison to guys. They would hardly think of men as politically go-getters, and think men are lazy bums who keep asking ladies to go get beer from the fridge.
