Well I'd go with.. Zelda and FF there both awesome the Windwaker wasnt too great and FFX2 wasnt either but it doesnt stop both franchises being as great as they are
Final Fantasy.. because they have a series of over 6 different games.

WTF...MGS, are you disrespec-in Hideo Kojima!!! He is a genius, his games are amazing, and the detail, also all the small things in the game that give it a sense of realism!

no im not disrespec-in Hideo im just saying MGSisnt mcuh of a franchise yet anyway it is no doubt really good but just yeah isnt one of the best franchises and Street Fighter.. well its sorta.. the same.. like every single one of the games xD lol gets boring though no doubt street fighter games are amazing
Okay my final decision has been made and the game that i choose is the final fantasy franchise yeah.

GTA isnt in anyway a good franchise >.< GTA was great then they got worse till GTA 3 that was the best then Vice City came out and it was the biggest let down i had ever seen x.x then San Andreas comes out and i havent played it yet but from what i hear its better than vice city xD so there you have it three actually good GTA games the others sucked x.x no offence and yeah it isnt too great of a franchise x.x

And franchise is a business where yopu can invest money pretty much, even Halo is a franchise even though it will only have 2 games out, and MGS games have revolutionized gaming for all games!
And i agree on GTA, its not as good as everyone thinks, its only the type of game to have fun and mess around on
GTA is only good for having fun on but they get so boring some faster than others Vice city definatly being the quickest too bore you
well i've heard a LOT about it and kay so it is highly anticipated and does sound great but i havent played it yet (unfortunatly) so i wont commen on whether this game is good or not but if it repeats and sucks like Vice City then GTA will always forever SUCK!!! i wont ever buy another GTA game or anything

FF has been on a decline since part 8/9 .If, that is; You want to be all techincal about it. It's only saving grace is X-2.
Rockstar Games is nothing but a One Trick Pony. Like they say " If all the fish are biting to the same bait, why bother to change it?"
Dragon Warrior, Monster Rancher , Digimon , Armored Core , Megaman* , Tony Hawk's Line.
Megaman has a star only because it really managed to screw up in the translations, my favorite blue hero is on his last lifebar.
Armored Core, now what non-P.C game has this many expansions? (That were released World Wide.)
Monster Rancher, one of the better monster generation games out there.
Digimon, at one point there were more Digimon than Pokemon and Dragon Warrior, the ONLY game that managed to be better than most of the NES Final Fantasy games. ( Here is an idea, if you are going to name a game Final Fantasy over and over and over, why not change the name to NeverEnding Fantasy)
Breath of Fire, another game that managed to beat out a number of Final Fantasy games.
One more thing. Zelda , FF, Mario? Are the bases of games?! No. Maybe the elders of some Genres but not the founding mothers and fathers.
Sorry.. But all your bases are belong elsewhere.
