Comic Party Wallpaper (critique wanted!)

Go ahead, be harsh! I need it. But don't just say "it sucks" please, I want to know how to get better. XP
Featured girl is Mizuki Takase from Comic Party, and this is a scan from the Comic Party Funbook. It is official art, and the artist is Misato Mitsumi. No watermark because I think watermarks are kinda not so cool. I might if I drew the picture though. I've edited it now XD; It's half the size but I just can't bear to compress it any more!

everything flows together really well and there are no washouts or black outs.

oh my gosh I want to put that up on my desktop..I got the 1st vol. of the manga and I wanted to make a wallpaper of Comic Party.

It looks great to me. Nothing to change.

I don't think it's just you! I knew something was off, that's why I asked. Do you have any suggestions on fixing it? I'm still way new to this and I have no idea.

hmmm........what may help for the jagged edges.......

but you may have to do this as a multi layer. just cut her out and/or put a soft edge around her. (she may look like she is glowing a bit if you put too much). you can also put a soft edge around the background.

Ok, tried to soften the lines... urk. Also decided the text looked funny with an outline and changed that. And I compressed it a bit better XP I hate compression though.

ah, there we go. that is a lot better. it definitely looks better with sofer edges. it doesn't look as jagged.

well...its fine, its good, however i dont really like the background, it doesnt fit to the pic, how about waterfalls or something, needs more blue, but thats just my opinion.otherwise its..kind of cool like the idea.

and by the way the wp needs a sun, hm maybe from left and a bright one thats all cya around folks
