Ummm... Sailor Saturn was pretty powerful... Chichi is pretty damn scary when she wants to be, but Bulma on the otherhand was rich, freakishly smart, and seemed to keep Vegeta and Trunks in check most of the time... Not to mention Gohan and Kuririn... and Yamucha.... Yeah Bulma gets my vote!
