Just to be really different, I choose Reina from FF5 (OMG its so old!!!)
She was an interesting character.
I also liked Rubicant from FF4
For an old game, he looked really cool

From FF 8, I liked Edea and Zell the best.
From FF9, I liked Amarant and Eiko

I'd have to say I liked sephiroth. He was the coolest villians in the final fantasy series.

I always liked Cloud and Sephiroth... Vivi is amazing, too.... So is that guy from FFIX with the tail.... Aeris is cool, too

Dont know why but Quina for FF IX is one of my favorites along with auron from X and Aries from VII.
