It's about a guy who agrees to be the guardian for these monster girls. All the monsters in the world need to have a someone who is responsible for them. Well this guy is friends with a girl who works for the government and agrees to house these monster girls, who all tend to fall in love with him. It's pretty much a monster girl harem with quite a bit of indecency.
