Here's how it works: Starting with the pronoun "I am", the initial poster (i.e. myself) falsely describes himself/herself using just one word, which must be an adjective. The next poster dismisses the initial poster's claim with a witty and opposing remark, and then falsely describes himself/herself using the format as shown in the bold text below. The 3rd poster dismisses the 2nd poster's claim with a witty and opposing remark of their own, and then falsely describes himself/herself--again, using the same format. Likewise, the 4th poster dismisses the 3rd poster's claim in the same manner, and then falsely describes himself/herself and so on.
The following text displayed in bold is the format to be used when replying to the above poster. Text highlighted red must be included. Text highlighted green must match the one-word false description of the above poster. Text highlighted blue can be any witty word or phrase that opposes the above poster's claim, but it must end with a noun and make sense. Text highlighted magenta is where you get to falsely describe yourself using one adjective word.
You are as [Insert copy of above poster's false description here] as a [Insert opposing word or phrase to dismiss above poster's claim here]!
I am [Insert false description of yourself using one adjective word here]
Here is an example of the above format applied in response to the initial poster's claim, "I am smart!":
Poster 2:
You are as smart as a jellyfish!
I am Jewish!
Poster 3:
You are as Jewish as a bacon sandwich!
I am rich!
IMPORTANT! (Ignore the following notice at your own peril!)
This thread is intended for light-hearted humour and witty banter only and is not to be used as a platform to personally or earnestly insult people who you may personally dislike. As a general guideline to keeping things in the spirit of the thread while avoiding provocative offence, here are some "Do Nots" to note before replying to the above poster:
> Do not use overly harsh, insulting or unnecessarily offensive language.
> Do not post any comment that you would personally find offensive if directed at you.
> Avoid excessively replying to a specific member more times than other members, as this could be interpreted as insulting by discrimination or attempting to expose a member with malicious intent.
> Do not substitute the above guideline for common sense. The above is meant to be used in conjunction with common sense, not in place of.
So with all that ^ out of the way, all that remains to be said is...
Have FUN! =^-^=
Oh yeah. Almost forgot...
I am angelic!
