This 3D CGI cartoon was made by animation studio Tiny Island Productions in Singapore. It's about these 2 teenagers who have these special suits that let them enter the dream realm to fight off monsters there. They have a number of sci-fi weapons to use against these evil monster. There's this evil queen who wants to conquer earth, and she is the one who sends these monsters to attack people in their dreams. It's going to be coming to Discovery Family Channel in the US (according to Wikipedia), but I have yet to find a release date.

By the way, Tiny Island Productions is the same company that produced the Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens movie, which also was a 3D CG movie. It seems that 3D is their specialty.
